Merchant of Record

For every cross-border order, PeptidesPayment acts as the merchant of record: we are the seller on record to the buyer and to the card networks. That position is what lets us take the hard parts off your plate.

What PeptidesPayment handles

• Charging the buyer. The transaction is processed under PeptidesPayment, so you do not need payment licenses or acquirer relationships in each country.
• Tax. We calculate the destination country's tax at checkout, recompute and verify it after payment, and remit it. Always send the tax we return, because persistent under-collection can lock an account.
• Fraud and chargeback liability. We screen for fraud and represent the order when a payment is disputed.

What stays with you

• Your products, catalog, and pricing.
• Fulfillment and shipping.
• Customer service and your own order records.

Once an order is fulfilled it becomes eligible for payout, which PeptidesPayment calculates net of fees and sends on your account's schedule.
