How it works

Getting paid

When your money arrives, and how a payout becomes eligible.

PeptidesPayment collects each payment and pays you out on a recurring T+7 schedule: eligible balances are paid out daily, and an order's funds become available about seven days after the transaction.

When an order becomes eligible

An order has to clear two things before it is paid out:

  1. Fulfillment confirmed, with tracking. Mark the order shipped and add a tracking number. How you do that depends on your platform:

    • Shopify: fulfill the order and add a tracking number in Shopify.
    • WooCommerce: set the order to Completed and add a tracking number.
    • Custom API: report it with the fulfillment call (see the Custom store guide).

Until an order is confirmed shipped, its funds are held.

  2. The T+7 window. Funds settle about seven days after the transaction.

Once both are met, the order joins your next payout.

How the amount is worked out

Your payout is the total of eligible orders, net of fees. Refunds and lost chargebacks are deducted. A payout is also subject to any minimum payout amount set for your account, and it can be held if a compliance check is outstanding, for example a mismatch on your payout bank name.

The ledger PeptidesPayment keeps for your account is the source of truth for every amount, so a payout always reconciles to the orders behind it.

Where to see it

Your PeptidesPayment dashboard shows your next payout date, the orders queued for it, and the orders that are not yet eligible, alongside past payout reports.
