payment.container.failed

Fired when a payment_container payment fails terminally (card declined, BNPL rejected, etc.). No order is created on our side.

Header Parameters

X-Signature*string

HMAC-SHA256 of the raw request body using your shared secret. Format: sha256=<64-hex>.

X-Timestamp*string

Unix epoch seconds at which the envelope was signed. Reject if skew > 5 minutes.

X-Request-Id*string

UUID v4. Use to dedupe redelivered events.

X-Event-Name?string

Echoed event name (also present inside the envelope as event_name).

Fired when a dispute on a container order resolves with outcome "won" or "lost".

payment.container.refunded Webhook

Fired when a refund (full or partial) is processed for a container order. external_order_id is echoed when the merchant has registered it via /webhooks/payment-container/order-created.
